To use Renown, you’ll need to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in ways that are illegal, abusive, or that interfere with the service or other users.

Your Content

You own the surveys, responses, files, and other content you create or upload to Renown. By using the service, you give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the product.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Renown for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or in ways that violate the rights of others. We keep this intentionally broad so we can protect the product and the people using it.

Pricing and Changes

Some features of Renown may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

If we update pricing or introduce new plans in the future, we'll do our best to be transparent about those changes ahead of time.

AI Usage

Renown offers AI-powered features such as survey generation and content assistance. These features may rely on third-party AI providers. By using AI features, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by those providers.

AI usage is subject to reasonable and fair use limits, even on plans described as “unlimited.” We reserve the right to limit or suspend AI access in cases of abuse or excessive automated usage.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use.

Availability and Beta Disclaimer

Renown is provided “as is.” Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
